Advanced Manufacturing Careers is Hiring a CNC Machinist Near Santa Fe Springs, CA

Overview

This stable and growing company has been a dominate player in their industry for almost 40 years by offering a broad range of proprietary products to myriad clients worldwide. Located in Santa Fe Springs, they pride themselves in being able to aid service technicians by providing quality products that help in reducing service time and costs. 

In this role, you will be given the opportunity work with a variety of machines including lathes, mills and swiss machines as you are mentored to take greater responsibilities over the course of your career. This truly is a unique roll to see parts from cradle to grave.

 The operations run from 7 AM – 3:30 PM with overtime opportunities for those that are interested.

Responsibilities

  • Setting up CNC lathes and mills
  • Editing and creating programs 
  • Modify existing program
  • Perform 1st article inspection
  • Maintain clean work environment

Qualifications

  • Experience setting up lathes and mills
  • Ability to edit programs at the machine
  • Experience utilizing CAM software (Gibbscam or the like)
  • Fanuc control background preferred
  • Strong desire to grow your career!
