Salary: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Locations: Riverside through end 2021, moving to Santa Ana approx. 1/1/22

Position Type: Full Time

Work Days: Monday- Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm

• Experience with installing retrofit windows preferred

• Will consider entry level with good attitude 

• Must have most or all tools (i.e. caulking gun, 5 in 1 tool, drill, finish nail gun, flat bar, hammer, etc.)

• Temp to perm if satisfactory performance after 90 days

Job Description:

• Meets daily with Project Foreman to set priorities of the day.

• Follows procedures to complete various tasks according to scope of work.

• Knowledge and experience in Retrofit window and slider installation

• Knowledge and experience in wood framing, caulking, stucco repair.

• Keeps job site neat and clean at all times.

• Handles all job site requirements timely.

• Adheres to the policies and procedures manual.

• Maintains a professional, yet friendly demeanor.

• Must adhere to the company uniform policy during working hours at all projects.

• Arrives to work on time, follows directions, interacts well with coworkers and residents, and accepts constructive criticism.

• Performs other tasks and duties as assigned by the Project/Property Foreman or Supervisor.

Requirements:

• Previous residential window installation experience preferred.

• Knowledge and experience using hand held tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, etc.

• Knowledge and experience using power tools such as drills, nail guns, skilsaws, etc.

• Own and use a variety of hand and power tools.

• Maintain equipment, follow safety procedures, and be alert to hazards.

• Physical ability to bend, stretch, stand, climb stairs and walk for long periods up to three hours before taking a break.

• The ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

• Willingness and ability to work over time if necessary.

• Willingness and ability to travel to different job sites if necessary.
