ADVANCED INTEGRATED PEST MANAGEMENT is Hiring a Client Service Representative Near Rancho Cordova, CA

Advanced IPM is searching for driven and passionate professionals to join our Administration team in Rancho Cordova, CA. Advanced IPM is a local company that has been well established in the community since 1981. Opportunity:
We are looking for a driven candidate with a great attitude and MUST be able to prioritize tasks and work well with others under pressure. The job will require you to perform various administrative functions that will support operations with an emphasis on Client Services.

This is a Full-time position, Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm with Saturday rotations.

Job Responsibilities Include:
  • Answering high volume, multi-line phones with a smile
  • Assisting customers with payments, scheduling, and billing inquiries
  • Handling daily schedules, service and sales transactions within our computer program (Training will be provided)
  • Scanning documents, faxing, filing as well as other administrative projects

Job Requirements:
  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Detail oriented, well organized, excellent spelling skills
  • Self-starter, able to change direction quickly
  • MUST be computer proficient, skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong work ethic, punctual, reliable, and dependable
  • Desire to learn our industry and grow with our company
  • Positive attitude
