The National Sales Manager (Ag) reports directly to the EVP, Market Management and is responsible for leading and developing the Sales Team in the core Midwestern Market (totaling 10 States) and other key expansion areas (e.g., Southeast/Delta). To be successful in this role, you will have to:
This Sales Team is highly successful because of the strong relationships they have with our customers, consumers, and communities. The ability to get out and walk the fields with a farmer in rural Nebraska is just as important as your ability to consult with and influence senior leaders, whether it be with one of our key customers or executives within ADS and everyone in between.
