Benefits, Salary, & Schedule:
Pay begins at $18 per hour. YOU play a part in how often you get a raise – ADS offers and encourages you to take part in company paid certifications, each of which will increase your hourly pay and skill sets in addition to your merit-based raises!

Schedule: 4-3-3-4, meaning you only work 7 out of every 14 days while having every weekend off!
Work Monday – Thursday, off Friday – Sunday (3-day weekend!)
The following week you will work Monday – Wednesday, off Thursday – Sunday (4-day weekend!)
Day shift: 4:30am – 5:00pm
This position requires the flexibility to work 40 hours per week and weekends as needed.
What you’ll do:
As a Material Handler, you will maintain raw material for each line by monitoring/loading machines as needed. Other responsibilities include cleaning of material, grinding, moving/packaging palletized loads to the yard, and housekeeping.
Every day, you can expect to:
· Embrace a culture of safety
· Practice proper PPE compliance and maintain a safe working record and environment
· Fill out labels properly and place in the proper area skids
· Immediately communicate unsafe conditions, acts or injuries to the Plant Manager
· Practice proper forklift operation and preventive maintenance
· Provide excellent customer service; meet or exceed expectations daily
· Keep all machinery loaded with the proper material
· Perform routine maintenance on mixers, loaders, and pumps
· Identify the many different types of materials
