Overview

Scheduling Specialist

Committed to providing excellence in diagnostic imaging, we are is on a mission to be the preferred provider. This growing company is currently searching for a dependable, out-going individual who enjoys working with the public to fill a key position in our organization. The Scheduling Specialst works in our centralized call center and plays an important role in the quality of service provided to our patients and physician office, and insurance carriers.

This individual will need to be flexible with their schedule as coverage for earlier or later shifts may be needed. Weekday and holiday coverage may also be discussed.

Responsibilities

Scheduling Specialist

  • Answering incoming telephone lines and directing calls to the appropriate party being either centers/physicians offices
  • Scheduling patient appointments
  • Handling customer complaints
  • Take payments information via phone
  • Mailing and faxing reports
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager

Qualifications

Scheduling Specialist

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual a plus
  • Excellent Customer Service Ability
