Advanced Dermatology is Hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist Near Hyde Park, NY
Job description
We are seeking an Experienced Full-Time Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in New Hyde Park.
Must have at least 5 years of experience to be considered.
Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Apps and knowledge of NetSuite is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Post bills in NetSuite and allocate to multiple locations
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment and detailed orientated
- Obtain invoice approvals from management
- Ability to pay bills by phone/internet or via email
- Maintain filing for the accounting department
- Light administrative duties
- Organize credit card transactions on a monthly basis and assist with maintaining back-up for all charges to verify validity
- Open and prepare mailings and labels for provider compensation, profit sharing plan, 401k notices etc.
- Mail vendor checks and attach payment stubs
- Assist with close preparation by organizing reports
- Special projects as needed
