Join the largest dental implant group in Austin as a Patient Liaison!
Our office places over 1,000 implants per year including highly sought zygomatic and pterygoid implants. Patients from around the country routinely come to our office for the most advanced dental treatment available. We provide implants and fixed arch restorations, changing the lives of the patients we serve. We are seeking a highly motivated Patient Liaison to join our team of dental professionals in providing a premium patient experience. You will never be bored in our office!
The Patient Liaison is responsible for communication and coordination with patients interested in learning more about the advanced implant services that our practice provides. We are searching for a team member who is compassionate, confident, and well-rounded to provide an elite patient experience.

Responsibilities
We care about our team members and understand the hard work that goes into providing an elite patient experience. You will be provided the necessary training and ongoing support to be successful in your role.
Patient Liaisons are the initial point of contact for our patients, the primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Introduce Advanced Dental Implant Centers to interested potential patients
- Explain the elite implant services and process to patients
- Build strong relationships with potential patients
- Schedule patient consultation and explain next steps
- Deliver curated educational resources post initial contact
- Follow up with patients post-delivery of educational resources
- Respond to all patient inquiries in a timely manner
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a dental or medical background and experience working with patients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Dental knowledge is preferred but not required
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide an elite patient experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize with patients
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
