Overview / Job Responsibilities:

At ACT1, our people make the difference. As a Business Process Analyst supporting the Headquarters, U.S. Space Force (HQ USSF) team in the Pentagon, you will be trusted to provide program support to the Policy, Strategy, and Support Services for Data Management, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning for Space Force, Chief Technology and Innovation Office (SF/CTIO).

In this role, a typical day will include:

• Tracking progress on design/development/delivery of systems and/or capabilities to meet current and emerging mission requirements
• Coordinating action within the applicable division, other divisions, HQ Space Staff and all other relevant stakeholders
• Researching, analyzing, and developing recommendations to assess and accredit emerging digital capabilities
• Providing technical expertise in development, acquisition, and fielding of digital capabilities, such as artificial intelligence, to increase Space Force effectiveness and efficiency

Minimum Qualifications:

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• A Bachelor's degree or better with eight years of related experience
• Relevant experience related to performance of business process definition and business process modeling, and information system schemes
• Ability to effectively communicate with and report to senior leadership; ability to work collaboratively in teams; ability to assess baseline, inventory of systems, and roles and needs of data users within DoD and key partners; ability to compile and present meaningful reports and recommendations; ability to design and develop data flows, algorithms, and interfaces; ability to enhance IT infrastructure; ability to identify training requirements, design and deliver training to DoD and stakeholder users on data stewardship and AI/machine learning integration and management; ability to create, demonstrate, and scale models
• Proficient in all Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
• An active TS/SCI clearance is required.
