Responsibilities

• Assist with medication; take and record vitals
• Assess home situations to determine that our patients are in the best possible environment
• Assist our patients with daily care such as grooming, bathing, and toileting
• Provide emotional support to our patients and their families
• Provide First Aid and CPR when necessary
• Act as a home health educator for our patient and their families

Qualifications

• Active CPR certification (ONLINE COMPANIES ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE)
• Valid Georgia CNA License; two or more years of experience is preferred; new graduates accepted based on completion of preceptor
• Valid PPD
