Dispatcher

We are looking for a customer-oriented service Dispatcher. The dispatcher will act as a liaison, between clients and field technicians. They will take all incoming emergency service calls for plumbing and hot water repairs. They will work as a team with technicians to provide quick services and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

The best Dispatchers are genuinely excited to help customers. They are patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to knock the ball out of the park for our customers. Dispatchers can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and get technicians dispatch to their locations right away. Problem-solving comes naturally to customer care dispatchers. They are confident in their abilities to juggle multiple service calls and technicians in the field to our customers satisfaction and be part of the team that resolves customer complaints.

The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer emergency service needs and maintain high customer satisfaction.

WORK SCHEDULE:

Monday – Friday 7:45 am – 4:30 pm

Frequent overtime usually in the morning.

Responsibilities:

  1. Take all incoming emergency service calls from customers. Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
  2. Issue P.O. to technicians in the field for necessary parts
  3. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  4. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  5. Put together proposals for future jobs for the clients.
  6. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  7. Keep records of within company software of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
  8. Communication consistently with all customers on job status and arrival times
  9. Communication with technicians of current and upcoming jobs, checking in on-site and off-site.
  10. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  11. Take the extra mile to engage customers.
  12. Perform detailed work and accurate communication at all times.
  13. Strong communication level with clients, technicians, and members of mgmt.

Skills:

  • 2-3 years prior service dispatching experiences. Proven customer support experience.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Good organization skills
  • Proactive and detailed work habits
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters & situations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • High school degree
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
