The Opportunity The Adobe for Education K12 Institutions team empowers schools and districts to ensure all students can be lifelong creators. We focus on driving proliferation and active use of Adobe tools within the K12 classroom and throughout the institution. From web-based creativity tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud Express, to industry-standard tools that prepare students for the creative economy like Adobe Photoshop and InDesign, to administrative-facing productivity tools like Adobe Acrobat, the K12 team is committed to transforming educational institutions across the country. Our mission is to inspire creativity for all learners, and we want you to join the team! We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales leader, with a passion for Education and Creativity, to build the infrastructure, strategy, and sales processes to deepen and scale Adobe’s presence in the largest US K12 districts. This role will be instrumental in building the model to drive active use and success in using Adobe products with strategic accounts across the US, helping millions of teachers and students bring creativity into their classrooms. What You’ll Do Use pilots and historical findings to build the field model to drive product activation and usage for portfolio of strategic US K12 districts. Establish standard methodologies for the field teams across reporting, pipeline and data capture. Guide/coach field teams in how to create and build account plans based on their regions, including how to: Navigate districts, establish relationships with appropriate parties and navigate organizations to reach the right decision-makers. Build collaboration within and across pods Build data feedback loop to strategically engage assigned customer pipeline in order to drive quick implementation and full adoption of Adobe products Educate and influence district leaders on the value of Adobe in K12 education Problem-solve with district administration and IT admins on the biggest barriers to unlocking student and teacher active use in the classroom Drive strategies to build scale and share insights with the team based on strategic account experiences and contacts Develop scalable standard methodologies for what works to drive provisioning, first login, and active use across the top 500 largest districts in the U.S. Advocate within Adobe on behalf of students, teachers, and administrators What You Need to Succeed 10 years in B2B sales and management, growing a team over time, ideally with US school districts and district leadership. Comfort with collaborating with product development teams, navigating access and deployment, and familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and Document Cloud products. Experience with and understanding of the education ecosystem and how to reach key influencers across districts (preferred not required). Experience and success getting customers to buy into project timelines and implement plans Experience managing teams in the field, selling into complex client organizations and driving renewals and satisfaction over time. Pursuant to the Colorado Fair Pay Act, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in Colorado. Colorado Starting Salary: $161,700 - $210,000 At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
