Aduro Advisors is looking for bright and talented individuals to join our team working to support top-tier clients in the Venture Capital and Private Equity space. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in supporting our hiring needs while proactively building a pipeline of qualified candidates at our Staff Accountant level.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will represent Aduro Advisors at various colleges in the Denver area while building relationships with recent graduates and fostering relationships with universities. We are looking for a highly organized, motivated candidate to join our team. This role will assist with creating a robust pipeline to support our continued hiring needs.
