Global Account Manager
ADTRAV Travel Management, founded in 1977, has over four decades of experience in managing corporate, government, vacation, group, meetings, and incentive travel programs across the United States. Responsible for managing all aspects of global account(s) assigned to include contract negotiation, program implementation, savings, policy alignment, recommendations, enhancements, reporting, and overall advisory and management. Additionally, the Global Account Manager will deliver business planning and reviews, and establishing relationships with key decision makers in multiple regions. Responsible for strategic management of a select portfolio (or company name, if dedicated) by delivering all core account management components and value-added services. The Global Account Manager will interact with procurement minded clients with a focus on benchmarks, KPMs and KPIs. This position also has responsibility for client retention, profitability of the account portfolio, growth and overall customer satisfaction. Reporting & Working Relationship:
