Summary:

This position is responsible for assisting with ADS Security’s, a Vector Security company, access control product, SecureDoor. This position maintains all SecureDoor records and inventory.

Essential Job Duties:

• Answers inbound and outbound customer calls
• Processes customer and personnel access control requests
• Assesses access control issues and determines best course of action for resolution
• Updates appropriate persons on SecureDoor customer concerns
• Manages program schedule changes
• Creates panels and programs badges in Entre’
• Creates and distributes access badges
• Manages access control inventory
• Supports technicians with installation assistance
• Assists in general office duties including, filing, printing, scanning documents, calendar maintenance

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Intermediate PC skills including Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with photoshop software

Physical Demands:

• Ability to operate computer, phone and other office equipment as needed
• Ability to work effectively using a personal computer for long periods of time
• Ability to sit/stand at workstation for extended periods of time
• Ability to read, write, speak, hear, see, think, communicate, concentrate, learn, and work
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
