About the role
We are actively seeking a Assistant Product Manager to join the team in Highland Park, IL.
Hours/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM to 5PM
Work environment: Onsite

About the role:
The Assistant Product Manager will identify growth opportunities through analysis of sales data, industry trends and consumer trends. The analyst will strategically gather data to drive sales and marketing decisions to achieve company objectives.
What you’ll do:
- Evaluate company sales data, industry trends and competitor industry data to identify ways to improve market position.
- Compile and present business insights and analytics and interpret the data to guide marketing strategy.
- Identify key metrics and methodology to conduct analysis by category and brand.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop sales forecasts and client delivery schedules.
- Present weekly reports to the sales department and management.
- Recommend strategies to improve distribution and pricing that will positively impact financial results.
Our ideal candidate:
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related area of study
- 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience with Syndicated Data (Nielson and IRI)
- Superior analytical skills
- Proficiency with data analysis tools and advanced Excel expertise
- Strong mathematical skills
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation skills
- Attention to detail
- Experience in the wine and spirits industry a plus
