ADP is hiring AV Collaboration – Sr Lead Engineer

AV Collaboration Lead Engineer is responsible for providing the day-to-day execution of AV Collaboration to ensure quality and support of digital AV collaboration services. This is a senior technical operational position encompasses AV installations, project management & research/evaluation of new products and technologies, training, and in-house and technical support responsibilities.

In this role you will:

• Working with all facilities managers on installation, implementation and maintenance of all audio visual equipment within multiple locations in a region.
• Work with globally distributed technical teams and leaders to provide audio visual operational support for multiple collaboration tool platforms. (Zoom, Teams, and WebEx)
• Collaborate with operations and support teams to provide direction/support, streamline processes, improve efficiencies, and enhance the overall user experience.
• Must be available for after hours and/or weekend or holiday support (unscheduled support), as business needs arise.
• Be responsible for the operations and support of ADP's collaboration environment primarily focusing on Teams and WebEx
• Manage large executive level Webex Webinars including coordinating with speakers, moderators, and event owners, managing rehearsals, hosting, and facilitating Webinars.
• Develop best practices and playbooks around operation of collaboration technologies.
• Provide training and documentation to the user community and regional technical operations team members.
• Troubleshoot network related changes that may impact tools in use and resolve engineering-level escalations of technical issues.
• Support deployment of ongoing cloud registered Webex devices.

• Understanding of Azure cloud platform especially with Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory concepts.

• Proficient in the use of troubleshooting tools including Webex Tracer, Wireshark, Splunk and Fiddler.

• Experience administering & supporting MS-Teams including:

Expert in management portals: Azure Portal, Microsoft 365 Admin Center & Teams Admin Center.

Managing and Administrating Teams.

Messaging Policy, Teams Policy, Meeting Policy, Calling Policy.

Teams Phone System, PSTN Connectivity options (Calling Plan, Direct Routing, Operator Connect).

Calling Features (Delegates, Sim Ring, Forward, Pickup).

Audio Conferencing.

Dial Plans and RegEx.

IVR Solution (Call Queue and Auto Attendant).

Troubleshooting of Teams (Client Logs, Network Planner, Connectivity Test Tool, Assessment Tool)

Direct Routing, SSL Certificates.

Implementing AudioCodes SBC in Azure Cloud for Direct Routing.

Troubleshooting of AudioCodes with Syslog Viewer.

SIP Log analysis and Troubleshooting
