Position Summary Experienced data architects with SQL/data modeling or development background to define and create new data schemas for data ingestion for Adobe Experience Platform customers. Interface directly with enterprise customers and collaborate with internal teams. What you’ll do Interface with Adobe customers to gather requirements, design data architecture solutions based on use cases & make recommendations Leverage understanding of data relationships and schemas to structure data that enables clients to perform dynamic customer-level activation and analysis Lead, negotiate and create Individual, Household and Account centric Identity strategy to fuel these Profiles for activation across various experience channels. Deliver Technical Specifications documents for customer review Strong collaboration with consultants in onshore & offshore teams. Leverage Experience Platform APIs and scripting languages to automate key processes governing data movement, cleansing and processing activities Educate customers on their Experience Platform data architecture. Lead customer project conference calls or interface with a Project Manager Bill & forecast time toward customer projects Innovate on new ideas to solve customer needs. Requirements 3 years of Data Modeling experience (i.e. Relational, Dimensional, Columnar, Big Data) transactional systems or preferably Data Warehouses. Experience with designing customer centric data models from multiple channels (i.e. Clickstream CRM, Call Center, Marketing, Offline, Point of Sale etc.) 3 years of complex SQL or NoSQL experience (PostgreSQL is preferred). Experience in advanced Data Warehouse and data architecture concepts. Some Experience in industry ETL tools (i.e. Informatica, Unifi, SnapLogic) Experience with Business Requirements definition and management, structured analysis, process design, use case documentation Experience with Reporting Technologies (i.e. Tableau, PowerBI) as Power User or preferable metadata layer modeler. Consulting Experience in data analysis/modeling related role. Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task simultaneous different customer projects Strong verbal & written communication skills to interface with Sales team & lead customers to successful outcome Must be self-managed, proactive and customer focused Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science or related field Special Consideration given for Must have Data Architecture exp. Track Record in Data modeling and Data architecture discipline Experience & knowledge with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions Experience & knowledge with Digital Analytics or Digital Marketing Experience in programming languages (Python, Java or Bash scripting) Experience in designing with API based solutions. Experience in Big Data technologies (i.e. Hadoop, Spark, Redshift, Snowflake, Hive, Pig etc.) Experience as an enterprise technical or engineer consultant Pursuant to the Colorado Fair Pay Act, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in Colorado. Colorado Starting Salary: $153,900 - $199,900 At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
