Remote Contracts Administrator

Remote Eligible; Temporary to Permanent Track

Compensation: $27 to $29/hour

Covid-19 Vaccination Required, or an accepted medical or religious accommodation to the vaccine requirement.Our Montgomery County, MD Federal Contractor is looking for two Contracts Administrators (either earlier in their career or more experienced) to assist on the clinical trials team. Candidates may be 100% remote.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review solicitation terms, serve as a resource to the client's research and business development staff in interpreting funding requests, regulations, and requirements
• Engage with federal contracting officers and clients on matters related to terms and conditions, federal rules and regulations, and other compliance requests
• Prepare, negotiate and administer complex subcontracts related to research studies including clinical site agreements, master services agreements NDAs, MTAs, DTA/DUA/BAAs, subcontractor and vendor agreements
• Work directly with research staff, providing guidance and leadership on contractual and compliance issues
• Ensure contractual documents meet regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2 years of government contracting experience
• Knowledge of FAR, FDA, GCP, GDPR regulations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Administration of federal awards and experience with commercial clinical and/or public health research that includes human subjects research; and compliance with federal human subjects guidelines
