About The Role

We’re looking for a Project Manager who will work as part of our dedicated team with one of the largest spirits clients in the world. You will play a pivotal role in the growth of this account and ensure the proper management of projects through our studio is efficient while working closely with core teams.

This is an essential role within our agency that will streamline the creation and delivery of great work. It requires someone who is detail oriented, can digest client briefs, ask the right questions, and synthesize the information to the team or relevant parties in order to guarantee the success of projects. You should be conditioned in handling heavy client interaction and a large volume of projects at once. This role will also be responsible for managing the timelines and billing of their projects.

Our ideal candidate enjoys working in a collaborative environment and highlighting the goal of each ask to uncover client insights and to provide an informed foundation for creative development. You bring solution-oriented thinking to the forefront of the marketing plan while drumming up executional ideas, facilitating integrated planning within the agency and partner with campaign strategy to push industry boundaries and elevate brands.

What you will be doing:

Overall 

  • Build client relationships
  • Work closely with the Business Director and Creative Team to understand and outline project requirements while ensuring deliverables are on brief and on time
  • Stay up to date with industry news and best practices
  • Lead daily status meetings
  • Own timely project execution from conception to completion
  • Provide insight and direction for/from client perspective
  • Maintain a holistic POV across each brand and/or deliverable type
  • Manage multiple stakeholders and priorities across numerous projects
  • Conduct postmortems or other performance analyses to identify areas for continuous improvement

 Creative Development Process Project Management 

  • Collaborate with the team throughout the creative process from creative brief through release of final files
  • Track project status, including achievement of milestones, deadlines, risks, and requirements and clearly communicate each 
  • Parse client feedback, assess the most effective path forward, and provide recommendations
  • Proactively identify obstacles and risks to a project plan and recommend mitigating actions
  • Support the creative team and encourage or share innovative routes to bring unique opportunities to our brands 

Account Management Finance 

  • Open jobs as well as produce estimates and POs while supporting the Business Director in billing and reconciliation
  • Pull utilization reports
  • Provide a single, knowledgeable point of contact for projects, resource plans and schedules
  • Ensure projects are delivered within scope and discuss/back them into budgets with client

What you need to be great in this role:

  • 5-7 years of experience working at an advertising agency, marketing firm, or client-side
  • 5-7 years of experience working in a client-facing capacity, from handling client queries, to taking full and conclusive briefs
  • 5-7years of experience managing multichannel campaign projects through the creative process ensuring they are on strategy, on time, and on budget
  • Thrive in a self-directed environment, while recognizing when team collaboration is necessary
  • Experience as a direct liaison between the account and creative leads
  • Work in a collaborative manner with all agency departments and client
  • Clear communication and concise outlining of both internal and external feedback
  • Confidence in managing multiple deliverables while prioritizing competing demands
  • Refined interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
