Job Description

ADi Group is seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our team! The ideal candidate for this position will have proven organizational and team work skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This position does require some in-office work at ADi headquarters in Urbandale, IA. 


If you have experience delivering exceptional customer service then we would love to talk with you! 


Job Overview: 

Collaborates with other members of the Client Services team to provide high-level service to our valued clients. Processes and tracks orders, and follows-up with vendors and clients as needed. Communicates with ADi Group team members daily to ensure all changes, updates, or issues are handled properly. Responds to client and customer questions via phone, email and chat. Provides back up support to other Client Services team members. 


General Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent plus at least 1 year in customer service
  • Additional experience in data entry and administrative support required. Printing experience, a plus
  • Must have good interpersonal and written skills with ability to prioritize responsibilities and adapt to changes in daily tasks when necessary
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Detail oriented, good numeric and alpha skills, as well as general filing and recordkeeping abilities
  • Must be able to work independently and maintain confidentiality 


Compensation and Benefits:

Starting at $15-$17 an hour based on qualifications and experience.
