- No candidates with an AZ home address on their drivers license
- Minimum 24 months of current Med Surg experience
- Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross
- No Nursys Hits
- No time off; time off can be listed as preferred, but will not necessarily be honored
- COVID vaccination
- Travel experience - Preferred
- Arizona license (Compact Allowed)
- ACLS
- BLS (AHA)
