Reporting to the Floating Assistant Vice President Branch Manager and assisting in the efficient operation of the branch assigned to for that day. The Assistant Branch Manager of the floating team provides leadership and functions as a working supervisor for relationship advisors and Head Tellers as well as assisting with their training and development. Responsible for implementing company policies and procedures in relation to teller and member service operations. Supervises balancing and summarizing of daily business operation and cash. Trains branch staff to maintain proper member relations. Ensures compliance with security practices. They are committed to creating unparalleled experiences for our current and potential members by cultivating, maintaining, and enhancing relationships in person, over the phone, or through electronic communication channels. This team member will engage directly in promoting financial education and success by identifying and learning about our members' needs, teaching them about emerging digital and financial solutions offered by the credit union, and continuously working to improve the lives of our members through exceptional service delivery - all while demonstrating absolute integrity in everything they do. Our Floating Assistant Branch Manager has a unique opportunity to provide service and support to all 26 (and growing) locations throughout Florida.

Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; plus at least three years related experience and/or training at a supervisory level in a financial institution (i.e. Loan Manager, or Member Services Manager) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
