The Community Liaison is the primary contact with the community and plays a key role in representing our community to the public. They community Liaison must be knowledgeable of long-term care, the residence, and competitors in the community.

Employees in this position must successfully pass all governmental and corporate required background investigations, such as, but not limited to, state required criminal history clearance investigations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ability to communicate well with elder population, other staff members and general public.
• Understand sales techniques and marketing through various platforms including social media.
• Able to consistently hit sales goals through targeted marketing, community outreach and sales calls.
• Goal driven with the ability to creatively multitask.
• Able to work with minimum supervision.
• Pleasant personality and ability to convey information effectively.
• Ability to travel.
• Demonstrates high level of professional and ethical conduct.
• Assists Executive Director to ensure overall profitability of the facility
• High level of computer knowledge and familiarity with community management software
• Works with residents, families, friends, facility staff, Resident Care Coordinator, and Executive Director to move-in, move-out, and handle the needs of residents
• Responsible for meeting community census goals
• Must positively promote the community to the public and all referral sources through outreach and events
• Responsible for resident retention after move in process is complete. Responsible to ensure follow up on any resident or family member complaints

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
