The Director of Human Resources will report to the CEO and be primarily responsible for helping to understand and set the organization's overall strategic direction and business objectives, and develop the HR strategies and initiatives that support these goals. This position oversees all aspects of the HR team and HR functions within the multi-site organization, ensures compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and fosters a positive and inclusive work environment that engages employees across the organization in the continuous improvement of our people, processes, and products.
Shoreline Fruit is based in beautiful Traverse City, Michigan and operates nearly 6,000 acres of cherry orchards right here in the state, growing and processing over 50 million pounds of Montmorency tart cherries each year. You will be joining a Team that cultivates, processes, markets, and sells the finest cherry and other premium fruit products in the world. We are a grower owned company built from the dream of two families whose stories of success are filled with pride and hard work.
