Job Summary

Per Diem position to perform biomedical analysis and blood draws when needed.

Qualificaitons

Bachelors Degree or a minimum completion of two years at an accredited college or university which includes course work in Chemistry or Biology. Additional training or current membership in an accredited program in Medical Technology is preferred.

MLT or MT certification preferred. Ability to operate diagnostic testing equipment such as, a centrifuge, blood analyzers, microscope and/or specialized laboratory equipment specific to the assigned laboratory area. Works with considerable independence to perform and interpret various tests. Ability to handle potentially infectious materials, such as blood and body fluid specimens while observing proper safety regulations. Ability to collect blood specimens by venipuncture from patients.

Minimum of two years experience required.

All positions require a TST, MMR Titer, and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening(including THC) and satisfactory background records check.
