**IMMEDIATE NEED FOR AN EXPERIENCED APARTMENT LEASING CONSULTANT AT PEPPER TREE IN COLLEGE STATION. TX **
200 units are on the property
**Hourly rate is based on experience**
- 2 years Apartment Leasing experience is REQUIRED
- Experience working at a property of at least 250 units
- Experience working with Yardi or Onsite
- Must have flexible schedule availability as weekends are REQUIRED for this position
- Monthly Performance Bonuses and Leasing Commissions to be earned!!!
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a PLUS, but not required
