Top regional law firm has an immediate opening a Commercial Litigation Paralegal to join their team at the firm's Denver office location. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-5 years of complex litigation experience, preferably at a mid-sized or large law firm. IP litigation experience is a plus! Duties and Responsibilities: * Case management from inception through trial. * Draft pleadings and other court documents. * Conduct research and fact gathering for cases. * Utilize technical databases to upload, search and retrieve supporting documents. * Assist with all aspects of discovery, including preparing disclosures, discovery requests, proposed case management orders, document productions, subpoenas, and more. * Review document productions, including bates label and indexing. * Track internal and external deadlines leading up to trial. * Trial support, including creating exhibits, preparing witnesses, and assisting attorneys in the courtroom. Qualifications / Requirements: * Minimum of 4 years of experience as a paralegal working in large-scale corporate litigation. * Bachelor's degree, paralegal certification, or equivalent experience. * Knowledge of Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure (CRCP) and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP). * Proficiency in eDiscovery software/databases (Relativity, Ipro Eclipse, CaseMap, etc.) * Experience with intellectual property litigation is a plus. * Must be able to commute to the firm's office in downtown Denver.
