Your Mission
Livian Oak & Ocean has an immediate opening for a Lead Inside Sale Agent (ISA). The Lead ISA will assist the Lead Gen Coordinator in the performance of the Client Care Department by encouraging results and a positive culture. The main goal of the Lead ISA is to drive individual ISA production to 20 plus closings a quarter.
What does a successful Inside Sales Associate do?
This position plays a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be motivated by making hundreds of calls per day to qualify prospects and set appointments for real estate agents on our team.
Responsibilities
Must have a minimum of 9 closings a month
Starting second Quarter must close 25 or $7,500,000
Making lists and uploading to MOJO
Make call schedule and be sure to include Circle prospecting and Past Clients
Ensuring ISA and Agent in Training team is calling 60% buyers 40% sellers
Create ISA schedule
Being sure phones are covered Monday-Saturday
Make sure all incoming calls are covered on evening and weekends
Report any relevant information to leadership team including but not limited to concerns or exceptional performance from members of ISA team
Run at least two role plays a day
Assist in training new ISAs and Agent in Training
Database check and reports for Agents & ISAs
Meet with CEO once a week

This is a salary plus commission and benefits position!
