Livian Team - Events Manager

Primary Objectives - 20% and ONE THING / Lead the charge with Livian events to help teams retain clients for life (and generate more client leads!) through on-the-ground, sphere-of-influence and past-client events in each location. Assist in the recruiting of new teams and retention of existing teams through conferences and recruiting events.

Regular Work Activities - Adds up to 100% of Job
Client Events:

  • Research client event ideas yearly to keep events calendar fresh and
  • leading-edge
  • Create a yearly calendar of 8 SOI and past client events for teams to
  • participate in (such as Shred Day, Pie Day, Movie Day, Photos with Santa, etc.)
  • Create a yearly calendar of 6 community engagement events (coat drive, food
  • drive, diaper drive, toy drive, etc.)
  • Create in-depth checklists for each events
  • Coordinate all on-the-ground logistics for teams
  • Coordinate Events marketing materials with Marketing team and deliver all
  • marketing materials to teams
  • Create marketing plan for agent and team outreach surrounding each event
  • Maintain events budget and secure 50% of budget in vendor sponsorships

Vendor Relationships:

  • Develop yearly vendor program for event sponsorships
  • Help local teams source vendors for participation through the creation of vendor
  • marketing materials
  • Collect vendor logos for co-branded marketing materials
  • Report back to vendors on outreach efforts and overall visibility
  • Help coordinate payment from vendors

Conferences:

  • Coordinate all Livian booth presences at conferences (Family Reunion, Inman,
  • Mega Camp, etc)
  • Help coordinate travel and agendas for leadership team members for
  • conferences and events
  • Coordinate Livian Advance event yearly

■ Find and book venue

■ Maintain budget

■ Book speakers

■ Create agenda

■ Order swag and put together swag bags

■ Act as on-site-events coordinator

  • Coordinate Livian events at Family Reunion and Mega Camp yearly
  • Coordinate FSO (Franchise Systems Orientations) quarterly for Livian recruits in
  • Vermont
  • Assist CEOs and Operations Coordinators with travel arrangements for Advance

About You & Your Skillset:

  • 2-5 years in events management and hospitality
  • You thrive on production while also being strategic... you love a full to-do list
  • and producing high-quality work on a regular basis.
  • You are upbeat, fast-paced, drama-free, and a learning-based individual.
  • Your drive isn’t contained to a 9-5 job or role.
  • You thrive in details and chaos.
  • You love checklists and project management software for keeping track of
  • deliverables.
  • You have to ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and independently
  • You collaborate well with others, yet thrive on independent work.
  • You value rapid communication and maintaining an Inbox Zero
  • You are ambitious and a self-starter.
  • You can’t stand mediocrity and push yourself to be better every day than the last. You lead yourself first and crave constructive feedback.

Real estate experience, experience with Asana, Adobe Creative Suite,
