Your Mission

Livian Golf Coast is searching for a Director of Sales (DOS) who will be responsible for overall productivity and effectiveness of the Agents in order to establish our Team as a top team in the area. A successful DOS will focus on agent growth and accountability and training/coaching. The position will work closely with the CEO.

The DOS is an individual who demonstrates on a daily basis the knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits of a high-achieving real estate agent who is committed to putting clients first, to doing the right thing, and to seeking win-win agreements. The DOS also demonstrates a commitment to learning and strives for growth by regularly attending courses, teaching when appropriate, and regularly practicing scripts and dialogues. He or she is committed to investing in team members and regularly provides them with learning and growth opportunities, as well.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in hiring, training, consulting, and holding accountable all Agents on the Team
  • Hold 30-60-90 day reviews with each new agent (with CEO)
  • Liaison between the CEO and Agents
  • Responsible for tracking monthly goals with each team agent
  • Leads Monday-Friday script practicing session/morning power up with team agents (30 minutes daily)
  • Implement and Plug into Livian Monthly Initiatives
  • Implement 15th Protocol monthly for maximum success
  • Monthly 1 on 1 coaching with each team agent (reviewing client taken goals, time blocking, appointment conversion, BoomTown usage and conversions, utilizing Livian resources)
  • Create retention plan to ensure current agents are recognized, supported and hitting their goals consistently

Role Model

  • Set best practices for time blocking and share with the rest of the team
  • Set best practices for lead generation and share with the rest of the team
  • Set best practices for goal tracking and using Sisu and role model them consistently
  • Set best practices for buyer consultations and role model them consistently
  • Set best practices for listing appointments and role model them consistently
  • Set best practices for negotiation and role model them consistently
  • Set best practices for client follow up and role model them consistently
  • Learn all lead generation systems used by the Team including BoomTown, Mojo, and Cole Realty

Goals

  • Achieve Monthly Listing Goal:

-25 New Listings per Month in Year 1

-50 New Listings per Month in Year 2 and beyond

  • Assist in Hiring/Training 2 Additional Full Time Listing Specialists by end of Year 1
  • Assist in Hiring/Training 6 Additional Full Time Buyers Agents by end of Year 1
