Ammunition Depot is seeking its first Marketing Project Manager to help us reach our sales and growth goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies and map out the objectives, tasks and deadlines needed to implement them
- Collaborate with writers, graphic designers and business development specialist to create advertising content
- Create and manage a content and advertising calendar; schedule and manage to deadlines and budgets
- Plan, manage and execute projects from beginning to end
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of our company goals, our products, and our client base to implement effective marketing campaigns
- Ensure all marketing assets are on brand and aligned with our business strategy
- Conduct in-depth market research on products or services as well as competitor analyses
- Coordinate tasks, traffic communication, and creative assets to and from our vendors and partners
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with external vendors
- Experience or education in marketing, ecommerce, business or a related field
- Expert knowledge and hands-on success with project management methodologies and best practices
- Superior organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Team-oriented with an entrepreneur-like attitude, highly curious
- Passion for and/or experience working in the shooting sports industry
- Desire for growth and excited to make a real difference in a growing business
