Ad Hoc Team is Hiring a Financial Analyst Near Cleveland, OH

The Financial Analyst will provide company-wide operational support. This position works with our account teams focused on Financial Management including Budgeting, Forecasting, Invoicing,and working collaboratively with program leads and clients.

What You'll Do

  • Lead analysis and reporting for the Finance team and coordinating with project teams for reporting capture by updating databases, creating reports, and analyzing data for program management and company leadership.
  • Support monthly financial reporting cycle, including actuals reporting and analysis, invoicing, forecasting, and financial close meetings with leadership.
  • Identify new ways to add value and proactively take on new tasks to help the Finance Director increase organizational efficiency.
  • Support with proposal pricing, development and research as needed.
  • Reconcile transitions by comparing and correcting data.
  • Consult with management to guide and influence long term and strategic decision making within the broadest scope.

What You’ll Bring

  • A BS in Finance or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience working with and communicating to a wide variety of stakeholders.
  • Experience with invoicing and using an ERP system.
  • Experience analyzing P&L reports, and resource management preferred.

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and responsibility. The range of starting pay for this role is $56,820.14 - $86,779.86.
