Our development division specializes in web application creation, system integrations and mobile app development.  We have several company-owned software products and decades of experience with full stack, full lifecycle development services. Job Description

We are looking to add an Account Executive (SMB Services) to join our growing organization to focus on growing SMB services across all cloud platforms we service.

 

This position will be responsible for managing leads through the sales pipeline to successfully identify potential clients as well as generating new business opportunities for software development services. You will work closely with both the CEO and the Director of Product Management and Development to ensure that our sales goals are met, and long-term strategies are in place. We are seeking talent with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record of success in software development services sales. If you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for sales, who can rise to a challenge, we encourage you to join our teams.

 

Job Duties

  • Identify potential clients to generate new business opportunities
  • Contact and qualify potential clients
  • Manage leads through the sales pipeline by setting appointments, following up on leads, and tracking progress towards meeting sales goals
  • Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities
  • Stay up to date on market trends, competition and industry developments
  • Attend networking events and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management
  • Close sales to meet set quotas / goals

 

Qualifications

 

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • A team-centric attitude with a desire to collaborate, support, and share learnings with peers
  • Ability to effectively manage your day in a hybrid/remote environment
  • Confident, strong, and energetic presence to engage prospects
  • Persistence and resilience to handle objections and meet goals
  • Intellectually curious with a strong work ethic
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent related work experience
  • 2-5 years of proven sales experience of software development services preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office, Teams, Zoho CRM


Other Job Details

 

  • Location: This is a home-based position. Candidates must have a home office with a way to connect to the internet.
  • Job Type: Commission Only - find leads, convert  them, and get paid!
  • Employment Status: W-2
  • Work Status: Must be eligible to work in the US / No sponsorship available
  • Travel: This position will require travel to US conference locations (25%)
