We help organizations manage the transition from traditional burglar alarms and human guards to smart AI-powered security.

Our software-only AI analyzes data from existing security cameras in real-time to detect threats such as weapons, intruders, crowds, and where people travel in any environment. The system acts as an end-to-end security camera management system that enables onboarding and management of cameras as well as instant alerts and analytics that allow organizations to pinpoint problems without collecting any personally identifiable information.

We're looking for a Senior Computer Vision Engineer/Researcher to influence the direction of our state of the art technology. The focus of the role includes increasing the robustness of our tech, incorporating the latest research into our models, and spearheading initiatives to iteratively improve our performance. The ideal candidate will be full stack across the science and engineering domains; we’re looking for someone who has both the scientific know-how and who has the ability to build and maintain cutting-edge AI systems, such as intruder- and weapon-detection models and defense systems.

Requirements:

• 5 years combined Full Time plus academic experience in computer vision, machine learning, data science, or similar 
• Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, math, econometrics, or similar
• Strong interest in AI and startups
• Resident in the NYC metro area preferred, but open to remote for exceptional candidates
• US Citizen or Green Card Holder

Experience with the following is a plus:

• Experience building deep learning models using Python in a startup or big tech environment
• Managed data science projects in a startup or big tech environment
• Advanced degree in computer vision, machine learning, data science, or similar
