ActionLink is Hiring a Desktop Support Specialist Full Time Near LAS VEGAS, NV
ActionLink is looking for a Desktop Support Specialist that will be responsible for supporting users on company systems, user creation, hardware setup and configuration, remote control access, phone support to troubleshoot and resolve issues, asset management, and documentation of processes and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as an initial contact for reporting of technical issues and answers regarding software/hardware/network issues.
- Ability to prioritize work and exercise good judgement while managing multiple tasks.
- Provide accurate and timely support to user.
- Perform restorative maintenance actions remotely to resolve problems using basic troubleshooting knowledge and technical skills.
- Shipping and receiving of hardware.
- Maintain accurate information and data regarding hardware and user data.
- Develop, work through, and complete small projects as well as document processes and procedures according to corporate standards.
- Perform other tasks as requested or assigned.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years experience in a hands-on technical support role.
- End-User desktop support, email support, and phone support experience.
- Proficiency with Windows 10 Pro
- Experience with Active Directory
- Experience with Office 365 Administration and Office 365 Exchange
- Knowledge and experience supporting, troubleshooting, and configuring PC hardware.
