Enterprise brands such as Autodesk, M&T Bank, The New York Times, Neiman Marcus, Hertz and many more use our CX Hub to drive growth through extraordinary customer experiences.About the Role: As the head of product marketing, you will be responsible for driving and executing the GTM strategy for ActionIQ with a differentiated approach to set us apart and fuel growth. Reporting to the CMO, your primary function will be developing crisp, highly differentiated, and compelling positioning and messaging to commercialize and evangelize AIQ products and services to fuel growth and influence market direction. You will create and activate our most important and interesting stories to educate prospects, customers and partners about what is possible with the AIQ CX Hub.

You will have the opportunity to drive marketing strategies for the entire AIQ product and services portfolio. You will be responsible for defining our positioning, messaging, and adoption for our CX Hub solutions. You will create compelling content to help customers understand the use cases and value proposition, and integrate this into the right content and digital marketing programs, to drive customer engagement, customer acquisition, and solution adoption. You will partner with AIQ Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer and Demand Gen leaders to define product vision, prioritize roadmap and launch GTM strategies and campaigns for all product and service releases. You’ll get to work on a new and rapidly growing business and have a big impact every day.

About the Team: Product Marketing at ActionIQ plays a critical role in our efforts to educate and influence the market on the value of our solution, foster deep customer relationships and generate new business opportunities. While reporting to the CMO, this role will be tightly connected to the entire organization and external partners and market influencers. As a member of the team, you’ll join a fast-paced, results-driven group that is passionate about taking our company to the next level of growth.One year from now you will have:

  • Designed and operated a successful collaboration between product, marketing, sales and client success to drive GTM strategies and outcomes to fuel growth 
  • Lead and set direction for target markets, industries, personas and product strategies 
  • Developed, delivered and optimized repeatable GTM plays across AIQ’s target industries and use cases
  • Established AIQ as an industry thought leader for the future of data-driven customer experiences with prospects, customers, partners and industry analysts
  • Nurtured a vibrant customer community to increase the effect of the AIQ network through events, networking and activation of customer stories in market
  • Integrated product marketing strategies, messaging and content across all customer touch points and internal functions and teams. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead team responsible for product, industry, customer, services, partner and analyst marketing and enablement to drive company-level business objectives
  • Collaborate with product management to distill key functionality and benefits for upcoming features and services into product marketing messages.
  • Partner with Demand Gen and Digital Marketing to develop detailed lead gen strategies, campaign plans, creative briefs including campaign goals, segmentation strategy, messaging, and marketing distribution channels.
  • Engage with field and partner marketing teams to identify and integrate joint messaging and content into lead generation, customer engagement and product adoption focused marketing programs.
  • Craft & develop compelling audience-specific messages as well as presentations, customer success stories, and videos.
  • Develop and execute on breakthrough product marketing activities that reach target audiences effectively.
  • Work with sales to enable our account executives and solutions consultants to effectively deliver differentiated value propositions, messaging and positioning. 
  • Deliver presentations to internal and external audiences (analysts, customers, partners and and/or third-party public events) on key AIQ CX Hub messaging and differentiation

Requirements: 

  • 7 years product marketing experience crafting positioning and marketing content.
  • 5 years experience in martech/adtech, CDP experience is a plus.
  • 5 years experience working closely with Demand Gen and Sales Leaders to craft end-to-end GTM strategies and campaigns
  • Experience building and managing a team of content and product marketers.
  • Proven experience managing highly visible, strategic, cross-functional programs.
  • Excellent strategy, communication, writing, messaging and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and quickly prioritize projects and communicate priorities to stakeholders.
  • Curious, collaborative, customer obsessed and strong sense for transparency and accountability.
