Reporting to the CMO, your primary function will be developing crisp, highly differentiated, and compelling positioning and messaging to commercialize and evangelize AIQ products and services to fuel growth and influence market direction. You will create and activate our most important and interesting stories to educate prospects, customers and partners about what is possible with the AIQ CX Hub.
You will have the opportunity to drive marketing strategies for the entire AIQ product and services portfolio. You will be responsible for defining our positioning, messaging, and adoption for our CX Hub solutions. You will create compelling content to help customers understand the use cases and value proposition, and integrate this into the right content and digital marketing programs, to drive customer engagement, customer acquisition, and solution adoption. You will partner with AIQ Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer and Demand Gen leaders to define product vision, prioritize roadmap and launch GTM strategies and campaigns for all product and service releases. You’ll get to work on a new and rapidly growing business and have a big impact every day.
About the Team: Product Marketing at ActionIQ plays a critical role in our efforts to educate and influence the market on the value of our solution, foster deep customer relationships and generate new business opportunities. While reporting to the CMO, this role will be tightly connected to the entire organization and external partners and market influencers.
