Description:

Provides support to Processing Technicians in a cleanroom environment.

• Perform and document daily non-viable particulate counts in cleanroom areas, prior to processing commencing.
• Daily mixing and documentation of chemical disinfectants for C2C units and other chemicals required for routine daily cleaning.
• Daily cleaning of cleanroom areas including all ISO 7/8 areas. Use of cleanroom vacuum and other tools to remove debris.
• Monthly cleaning of cleanroom door tracks, ceilings, refrigerators, and air returns.
• Cleaning of processing rooms after processing events, including all ISO 5 areas.
• Weekly cleaning of locker rooms, cleanroom sinks, and cleanroom showers and eyewash stations.
• Documentation of all cleaning activities
• Removal and handling of regulated and non-regulated waste.
• Preparing case carts and creation of kits in electronic system, BTM.
• Verification of products produced prior to QA review.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Tenured candidates with some solid work history that are eager to learn and learn quick.
• Preferred Experience: Entry level biology candidates that are looking for an opportunity to grow within a company
