Description:

Our team is looking for an RN to primarily triage phone calls for the doctors in the office. They will partner with multiple providers, and will float between Avon, CT and Glastonbury, CT. They will also need to be willing to travel to Hartford, and West Hartford. This candidate will be working in a busy office with a very supportive group of Doctors. The Doctors round at Hartford Hospital, Midstate, and St Francis.

This is an RN-led team (management seldom gets involved) and an RN will need to be experienced and willing to work in a feedback-rich environment.

5 days per week: M-F 8:30 - 5 (no weekends, nights, or holidays). They will receive their schedule for when they should be in Avon or Glastonbury about a month in advance, so they will need to submit for days off on the front end.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

They will be using the EMR Athena. Knowledge/experience with stress-testing portion is important. Someone that has possibly worked in the ER, or the med surg units in the hospital and is comfortable with telemetry.
