Description:

• Performing detailed analysis of customer returned parts and used findings to drive Corrective and Preventative Action (CAPA) improvements.

• Preventing internal recurring failures and reducing risks by performing root cause analysis to identify and address existing issues.

• Validating customer RMAs and issue further actions to improve manufacturing processes.

• Supervising a team of 6 in final inspection department and providing guidance, coaching and training whenever necessary.

• Representing the QA in the material review board (MRB) for internal rejections.
