Description:

Actalent Services is currently looking for a Project CostController that can build (from an existing template) a Project BudgetAssurance Report for a large 100M CAPEX Pet Food plant construction project. This will include building the BAR for project setup, design, engineering and commissioning, qualification and validation. This position will work onsite, with a dynamic team/culture supporting the overall project.

• Leveraging cost templates to build the WBS and maintain it throughout the project - will derive from a bottom up estimate from the estimating & project management group
• Populate / Create the Budget Assurance Report (BAR).
• Pull SAP reporting – ME2J (commitments), CJI3 (Actuals)
• Reviewing invoicing
• Reporting on accruals, cash flow, EAC, budget assurance, project forecasts – ad-hoc, monthly and quarterly
• Generate earned value calculations / analysis for the project
