Description:
This position requires an experienced professional with a comprehensive experience in paint processes and will be responsible for developing optimal water-based Primer / Base Coat and 2K Clear Coat processes. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
College education. Five years of experience in a manufacturing area preferred. This will be water based primer and base coat. Solvent will be 2k clear This person will be over the paint process and the value stream. They will be working with Fanuc.
