REQUIREMENTS:

• Medical Assistant diploma
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• 6 months of experience

Description:

• Assisting patients enroll in patient portal
• Opening and closing the clinic
• Answers or forwards incoming calls
• Scheduling and confirming patient appointments
• Verifying Insurance Information
• Calls for Medical Records
• Maintain Patient Flow
• Notify Back office of Patient arrival in timely manner
• Updating Patient Charts

Skills:

EMR, patient care, customer service, appointment scheduling, medical terminology, insurance verification, BLS

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Qualifications: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.

MUST have MA diploma

Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must

Minimum of 6 Months of experience is preferred
