Description:

Help facilitate a cross-functional team. Production has increased since last summer. Would be working with a team of manufacturing engineers, 3 process techs, and 4 cnc programmers. Driving solutions at their bottlenecks. Looking for someone to challenge the status quo in a high mix low volume production operation. This promotion would lead directly into a manager role. Needs someone that is very hands-on. Someone that has come from a CNC mill or machining experience. Schedule is very flexible. Someone interested in getting into 3-D printing or head their project. Fixure experience. Understands machine tools and lathes. Cost reduction. High mix-low volume production.
