Description:
We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to support a client's manufacturing processes in Flora, IL. This person will plan, design and implement manufacturing processes to ensure new product designs can be manufactured at the plant, and maintain the assembly processes in production.

Our client takes designs from their design source, for a specific kind of head lamp, and they then set up manufacturing processes to build that lamp.
Engineers will be responsible for creating process flow diagrams, will review CAD data, and create PFMEA from flow diagrams. They will complete a process design sheet, enter an order to equipment engineering group to order the assembly to build the head lamp. Our engineers will also be responsible for bill of materials and routings within the plant. They will be the main contacts for specific products.
