PCB Technician - Tulsa, Oklahoma

Description:

Create BOM – gather materials and create drawing package, distribute packages and facilitate vendor questions needed for completed products. Troubleshooting, Assembly, Building, Modifying PCBs, Engineering Technician,

• PCB CAD Software, including knowledge of industry-standard practices for schematics, board layouts, specifications, tolerances, and Gerber files. Any PCB Software, But Experience with KiCad preferred. Experience with Altium is a plus.

• Experience with DC motors and controls, especially H-bridge, testing, and troubleshooting.

• Familiar with test equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, signal generators, power supplies, DMMs). Ability to solder surface-mount PCB components.

• Experience reading wiring and cable harness diagrams.

• Circuit analysis ability.

• Experience with assembly of electronic and mechanical products preferred.

• ANY 3D software, prefer Solidworks. Experience with SolidWorks preferred.

• Experience testing and troubleshooting electronic systems from board level to system level.

• Strong technical writing skills for generating reports/manuals/specifications/test procedures are required.

• The primary task would be to provide engineering support for documentation improvements to assist with outsourcing PCB, cable, and cable harness assembly. The secondary task would be finding stock of hard-to-find electronic parts and creating packages of existing documentation to outsource the assembly of PCBs, cables, and cable harnesses.
