Description:
Looking for an experience Architectural Project Manager with strengths and experience in K-12, Higher Education, and Municipal Projects. You'll be in a smaller group but have support from a large firm. You will participate in the schematic designs through construction documents; prepare specs for public bids on commercial, educational, and municipal projects; and will work closely with staff and key consultants to manage a project from start to finish. Must be experienced in NJ building codes, be able to work closely with staff to communicate project requirements, manage project budgets, and meet deliverable milestones.
Must Haves:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent
• Licensed Architect or aspiring to be Licensed with seven (7) to ten (10) years of experience
• Experienced in K-12, Higher Education, and Municipal Projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or REVIT (REVIT preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Work as Project Manager to handle scheduling, direction, assessing budgets, ad meeting deliverables.
- Manage teams
- Conceptual design of projects and presentations
- Work with Board of education, NJDOE project applications and LRFP updates
- Surveys on job sites
- Project reports, cost estimates, feasibility studies and other project phases
- Schematic Design through construction documentation in Revit and autoCAD.
