Description:

Architectural firm located in Ohio is looking to hire an Architectural Project Manager and an Architectural Designer to work directly with 1-2 retail clients. Project Manager position is a remote position on a 2 year contract and architectural designers are permanent remote positions.

Project Manager Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in architecture

- Registration is a plus, but not required

- 5 years of architectural project management experience

- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD

Architectural Designer Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in architecture, not required

- 5 years of retail experience

- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD

-Experience producing construction documentation sets in AutoCAD

Duties/Responsibilities:

- Act as the main point of contact between the architecture firm and the client(s).

- Oversite of the project team

- Work on multiple projects

- Participation in the design process

- Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings

- Development of schematic design, design development, and construction documents

- Review architectural drawings for federal, state, and local code compliance

- Coordination of the project team’s work

- Monitor the progress of all construction phases

- Manage correspondence with clients, vendors, consultants, etc.

- Responsible for project schedule and budget

- Build and maintain client relations

- Assist with construction administration
