Description:
Seeking a 5 year architect with a passion in historic preservation. This person would spend 70% of their time in the production phase of the project ( i.e. CD Sets, taking redlines, and design development), 15% in Construction Administration, and 15% with client interaction. Ability to create construction document sets, knowledge of materials and details, and experience with construction/renovation works is most important.
