Description:

• Communicate with customers to help develop what equipment is needed for their application.
• Once the customer requirement is established, work with an engineer to prepare the pricing needed for the equipment proposal.
• A detailed proposal is prepared for the customer.
• Communicate with customers as needed to advance the quotation to an order.
• Work with the engineering staff to include drawings, sketches, specifications, etc. with proposals as needed.
• Testing of various product lines is needed as required by customer applications. The application specialist will assist in the testing.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Mechanical aptitude
• Previous machine design/construction design/or estimating would be a plus
• 3D CAD knowledge is a plus
• Great work ethic, and good communication
• Need to be able to think on their feet and work in a team setting when needed.
